Our British Isles team specializes in custom itinerary travel planning to Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. Each itinerary is created especially for you, tailored to match your budget, perfectly suited to your interests and tastes, and as structured or unstructured as you'd like.

Fees for complete itinerary planning are based on the complexity and length of your trip. Fees for customized itinerary planning begin at $250, which generally covers trips of up to ten days in length. Planning fees for a two to three week trip will generally run $350-400. The final product, a detailed written itinerary, will include hotel reservations at country and manor houses, 4-star or 5-star hotels (complimentary amenities at Virtuoso-member and Four Seasons hotels), car rentals and insurance, ferry reservations, travel insurance, dinner reservations, and suggestions for sightseeing and activities in each location.

Planning fees are nonrefundable once the itinerary planning process has begun. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption and medical protection while away when outside your home country.

and Private Shore Excursions

If you would like to take a cruise that includes ports of call throughout the British Isles, we will help you select the right cruise, some with exclusive reduced fares and generous shipboard credits, Virtuoso Voyager Club benefits, plan pre- and/or post-cruise touring and accommodations, arrange transfers to the ship and coordinate private shore excursions along the way.
